The Transfiguration reveals the supremacy of the New Covenant in Christ. By reflecting on the appearances of Moses and Elijah with Jesus, we see how Christ fulfills the Law and the Prophets. This powerful event teaches us why the New Testament is central to our faith and that Jesus is the only path to justification.
